One of our local pubs has a new look and new menu.

On Friday 8 December, the Crosspool Tavern reopened with an expanded menu, including fresh dough pizzas, burgers, carvery meats and pub classics. Five new jobs have been created.

Speaking about the conversion general manager, Christopher Squire, said: “We’re excited about the new changes and are looking forward to welcoming the people of Sheffield to come and see what Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery is all about.

“We’re a real part of the local community and are looking to support local charities, projects and host a variety of events and activities that everyone can enjoy.”

  1. Anyone arriving NOW at the Crosspool Tavern might say. Oh this is a good size overall and has great potential. It could do really well if given a makeover and a careful rebranding. Mitchell & Butlers have made a first step here and are installing many pizza ovens across several of their brands.
