The 2011 Crosspool Festival took place from 2-10 July! Plenty of events are happening for everyone in the community, so put the dates in your diary and get involved.

The prize winning cover designs are by Constanza Valdovinos, Lydgate Junior School (front) and Sahar-Lavendar Ali Ahmed, Lydgate Infant School (back).
The festival committee would like to thank all those who entered. Entries will be on display in St Columba’s.
Also, a note of thanks to Craft Angels on Sandygate Road or handling all ticket sales for this year’s festival.

A Festival of many events is again planned for Crosspool in the summer of 2011 from 2 to 10 July.
One of these events, with plenty of entertainment for everyone of all ages to enjoy, will be our annual “Crosspool Summer Fayre”, usual venue, Coldwell Lane Sports Hall/Field, 2pm – 5pm Saturday 9th July.

Hi, Open Gardens 2011 is confirmed for 2nd July.
Great to see the programme up on the website. Please could you make clear that the evening with Richard Taylor on “How to read a church” is to be held at St. Columba’s. Also that wine will be served (donations accepted) and that copies of Richard’s book will be available for signing.
