The 2016 festival took place Friday 24 June-3 July.
The theme for the festival was Carnival, a summer party with great activities happening on the streets to coincide with this year’s Olympics in Brazil, the queen’s 90th celebrations and more besides.

Get involved for 2017
The festival team would like to thank everyone in the community for making this week so diverse and enjoyable. We would also like to say thank you for all the contributions in time and in kind. We couldn’t do it without you.
If you have ideas for next year or would like to join the team – Lindsey, Sally, Chris, Jan, Roger, Eileen, Dawn – please get in touch. It’s good fun and very friendly. No previous experience needed. Only one meeting a month from Jan to May.
