Urgent Care Services Survey

Following on from the feedback they received on their idea of closing the Walk-In Centre, theWalkin Clinical Care Commissioning Group (a separate organisation) are asking about your experience of the urgent care services.

You have until 10th March 2019 to take a few minutes to fill-in their short survey.
