One of the planters in the precinct was damaged when vandals snapped off the head of a shrub last weekend.
The plants in the precinct are paid for by Crosspool Forum and maintained by volunteers.
The vandalism follows the post box and bus stop outside Spar being daubed with graffiti just before Christmas.
