Lydgate Green Clean Up

The weather was warm and sunny for the Lydgate Green clean up morning!

 “The Friends of Lydgate Green” would like to send a big thanks of appreciation to the small group of people who turned up last Saturday morning (19^th September) to help, for an hour or so, with tiding up the flower beds.

Although having to observe social distancing and as a result work individually with their own fork & spade, all were pleased to have had the opportunity to help keep this valuable facility ship shape for the community to enjoy.

With the onset of autumn the “Friends of Lydgate Green” are hopeful that the weather and the regulations remain favourable for their final tidy up hour, planned for 10am Saturday 24th October.
