   Can you tell me where I can find the documents detailing the constitution of this group and how elections (or it appointments) are made to its managing committee/officer cadre please?

      A résumé of the rules/constitution can be found at

      Crosspool Forum

      
      The Management Committee is elected at the October AGM/ Open Meeting.
      Officers and cadre leaders are elected by the management committee.
      For those who empathise with Crosspool, Open Meetings are held Quarterly.
