He was last seen on Monday 17 November.

The owners are asking whether local residents could check garages, basements, greenhouses and sheds in case he is trapped inside.

A black cat called Alfie has been missing from the Cairns Road area since Sunday morning.

The owners are asking whether local residents could check garages, basements, greenhouses and sheds in case he is trapped inside. He sometimes ventures as far as Lydgate.

Meanwhile, a resident has reported that a white and ginger cat has been found dead on a driveway on Benty Lane, around 50 yards from Stephen Hill Church.

Update 19 May: Good news, Maxi returned home on Friday night. Thanks for checking your sheds and garages.

A large black and white cat answering to the name or Max of Maxi went missing from the Watt Lane area on Saturday 13 May around 2pm. Have you seen him?

He is a solid cat with a white tummy, white stripes on his back legs, white front and back paws, a torn ear, a white bib and central white facial markings.

The owners are asking whether local residents could check garages, basements, greenhouses and sheds in case she is trapped inside.

Max previously went missing in October 2011 but came home a few days later.

He is a solid cat with a white tummy, white stripes on his back legs, white front and back paws, a torn ear, a white bib and central white facial markings.

The owners are asking whether local residents could check garages, basements, greenhouses and sheds in case she is trapped inside. He may have been a constant visitor to your garden.

On Monday 17 January a one-year-old cat called Charlie went missing from her home on Dransfield Road. Have you seen her?

Charlie is a white short-haired cat with tabby markings on her tail and head. She is long in the body, very friendly and an adventurous climber.

The owners are asking whether local residents could check garages, basements, greenhouses and sheds in case she is trapped inside.
