Do you have any ideas for Crosspool Festival? Would you consider getting involved or helping out in some capacity?
The Crosspool Festival team are meeting in The Sportsman pub, Benty Lane, on Wednesday 8 November at 8pm. They’d welcome anyone interested to join them. Please come along to share your thoughts and ideas and have a drink.
Next year’s Crosspool Festival is due to take place between Friday 29 June to Sunday 8 July 2018.

Crosspool Forum’s next Open Meeting will take place on Thursday 26 October at St Columba’s church. It starts at 7pm.
Come along and give your concerns on local issues to local councillors, the police and officials.

Half term football camps at Tapton School
Have you met the Holly Hagg alpacas?

The alpacas and pond dipping proved popular for many visitors at Sunday’s open event on Holly Hagg in Crosspool.
The morning also started with a surprise visit from Radio Sheffield’s Clueless Team.

Food hygiene course at Tapton Hill Congregational Church

Tapton Hill Congregational Church is holding a short food hygiene course on Thursday 26 October from 10am-2pm.
It is suitable for any voluntary organisation that does occasional catering e.g. buffets/coffee mornings etc. The cost is £30 per person.

Macmillan coffee morning at Enhance in Crosspool

Staff at Enhance the hairdressers in Crosspool are going to be holding a Macmillan coffee morning on Wednesday 27, Thursday 28 and Friday 29 September throughout the day.
They will be selling cakes and buns to take away to raise money for Macmillan cancer support.
