Wednesday 19th & Thursday 20th February 2020 11am – 3pm
Whirlow Hall Farm Trust are opening their barn doors early this year and inviting you to meet their gorgeous new-born lambs during February’s half term. Come and get a glimpse of life at a working farm preparing to herald in the springtime. You’ll have the chance to get up close to adorable additions and a brand new selection of rare breed sheep. There will be something new for the whole family to learn about the busy farming tradition of lambing. Watch new-borns frolic, play and feed, and if you’re lucky you might even see some being born!
It is an educational charity working with children across South Yorkshire, to improve the aspirations and life chances of vulnerable young people outside of mainstream education, in the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to learn and develop to their full potential, whatever their circumstances. By attending their events you are supporting this valuable work that they do with local children & young people. All the money raised at the event will go toward supporting the charitable work of the trust.

We’d be very grateful to hear from anyone finding a couple of pram rain-covers in a small clear carrier bag, which unfortunately had fallen out from a basket under a twin’s pushchair, somewhere between Crookes and Crosspool, on Saturday 1st February.
