Lest we Forget

Remembrance is not only about the past, it’s also about how we care for one another today.
In Crosspool, we carry forward their spirit by building bonds of kindness, resilience, and hope.

Service of Remembrance

Crosspool Memorial

Today, Thursday 11th November at 11 am, a lone trumpeter, playing an emotive solo, joined the Rev. Suzanne Nockels in a service of remembrance around the Crosspool memorial in the Garden at Tapton Hill Congregational Church.

Eighteen people (one gentleman with a chest full of medals), came together in prayer to remember the sacrifice of those around the world whose life has been touched by conflict for democracy and freedom,

At the setting of the sun, we will remember them!!
