Once Upon a Sensory Story will return to Lounge@Crosspool on Monday 28 October.

Children aged 5 and under are invited to come along and join in the interactive story session between 10 and 11am.

Sensory stories allow children to use all their senses whilst retelling a story. This time the group will be squishing blackberries, rustling leaves and playing with water as we help Harry Hedgehog prepare for winter.

The session will finish with the singing of autumn songs and a tasty snack. The cafe opens at 11am so you could stay for lunch too.

Places costs £5 per child and can be booked by texting or ringing 07725 228127 or by calling in at Lounge@Crosspool.

The organisers of Once Upon a Sensory Story invite all 0-5 year olds to come and join us in the telling of Going on a Bear Hunt on Tuesday 30 July from 2-3pm at Lounge @ Crosspool.

Sensory stories allow children to use all of their senses to help retell a story. For example, on the bear hunt the group will be running or crawling through swishy-swashy grass and paddling in the deep cold river, to name but two challenges.

Tickets cost £5 per child and include a snack and drink. Phone or text 07725 228 127 to book your place – hurry as places are limited and are selling fast.
