Crosspool Bake Off 2024

This year’s Crosspool Bake Off is looking as if it will be a wonderful event for baking enthusiasts to show off their skills in a competitive yet friendly environment.
While it shares similarities with the well-known Great British Bake Off, in so much as the format is of amateur bakers competing to impress judges, it offers a unique community feel that might appeal to those who enjoy the camaraderie and challenge of a baking competition.

Participants are invited to bring their creations to St Columba’s Church from 10 am to 12 noon on Tuesday, 2nd July, with results and tasting festivities occurring from 1 pm to 4 pm.

Whether you’re a seasoned baker or someone who finds joy in creating, participating in events like the Crosspool Bake Off can be a perfect way to engage with fellow baking aficionados, learn new techniques, and perhaps even gain recognition for your baking prowess.
It’s a testament to the universal appeal of baking and its ability to bring people together in pursuit of culinary excellence. So, for those who love the rush of the competition and the smell of freshly baked goods, donning an apron for the Crosspool Bake Off could be the perfect way to indulge in your passion for baking.
