Alpaca life drawing, tomorrow Saturday 23rd April, 14:00 – 15:30
Come down for an afternoon of Alpaca life drawing at Holly Hagg Community Farm of Alpacas. It’s the perfect setting to get creative and look at the lovely view of Rivelin Valley!
Drawing materials will be supplied but please bring your own if you can.
All drawing abilities and children are welcome to this session; you will be gently guided and given some fun techniques to try.
*Bring a blanket/chair or coat to sit on! We have a few spares if you forget though!

This year’s Crosspool festival well- dressing on the theme of “TIME”, was produced over a period of a week by the Petalers seen stood to the left of the display, but has been in the planning since the beginning of the year.

Using only natural materials, it has taken a total of 400 working hours to produce this year’s traditional well-dressing.
Some of the materials used were:- Clay, Hydrangea, various leaves, Chrysanthemum, Magnolia seed pods, Parsley, Fern, Bamboo, Burberis, Ornamental grass, Magnolias, Feverfew, Pine cones, Peppercorns, string, grit and many many more. Can you spot any more?
